Iconos en la barra de notificacion

En 10.04 desaparecio el icono del sonido, tanto en terminales como en local.

[743] y [742] solucionan el problema. No estaban habilitados por defecto en el /etc/xdg/autostart

En ubuntu 10.04 aparentemente se cambio a utilizar el indicator-applet (que tiene no solo el manejo de audio, sino lo menues de las diferentes app y de ubuntu one).

En /etc/xdg/autostart/indicator-applet.desktop esta el archivo, habria que probar que pasa habilitandolo.

Por otro lado hay que probar nuevamente el viejo applet ejecutandolo desde el inicio: gnome-volume-control-applet:
