Se puede poner un tope (~3Mb/s) al uso de banda ancha en che? si no estudiar uso de cache imap

se corrio script para limitar salida de datos. el script esta en /home/fernandofolino/tc.bash de che , y se aplico sobre ese server mismo. copio comandos actuales:
